We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund.
Return Policy At The Mount View Hotel & Spa, we are committed to offering our clientele the highest quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the merchandise to us along with the receipt within 30 days following the instructions below:
- Contact The Mount View Hotel & Spa Shop Online Coordinator to obtain a return authorization number. Call Rosie Perry at (800) 816-6877 extension 307 or via email rperry@mountviewhotel.com.
- Please pack the merchandise carefully in the original packing material and return it to the address printed on your packing list. All returned items must include a return authorization number. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receipt of returned merchandise. The Mount View Spa Shop cannot refund shipping and handling.
Product Availability Most products on this site are in stock and available. Should a product be unavailable your order may be back ordered of which we will notify you via e-mail.
Sales Tax
All purchases will be charged 8.75% sales tax. If the order does not display tax at time of order placement, it will still be charged 8.75% sales tax prior to shipping. Updated sales receipt will be sent with package.
Credit Card Authorization
Credit card authorization form may be required to verify payment and protect consumers against fraudulent charges and identity theft.
Deliveries
*Deliveries will not be shipped to P.O.Boxes.
*Deliveries are made Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Shipping delivery schedules are based on orders placed by 10:00 am Monday through Friday Pacific Standard Time (excluding Holidays).
*International Deliveries & deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada: Add an Additional $10.00 (No next day shipping)
